Terms of Service

Welcome to COINTRENCH.FUN (cointrench.fun). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a simple agreement between you and us about how you may use this website and tools (the “Service”). By using the site, connecting a wallet, or sending crypto, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What this site is

Coin Trench is a software interface for people who want to launch or prepare coins on the Solana network. You can connect a wallet, set up a launch, see fees, and send SOL for platform fees, optional boosts, and seed amounts you choose.

We are not a bank, exchange, broker, financial adviser, or law firm. We don’t give investment or tax advice. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any security or investment product.

2. Crypto and meme coins — plain English

Cryptocurrency is digital money that moves on public blockchains. Meme coins are tokens that are often based on jokes, culture, or community hype. Many have little or no product behind them. Prices can spike and crash quickly. Liquidity can disappear. You can lose everything you put in.

• Charts, “PnL,” rankings, and boosts on this site are for display or promotion only — they are not a promise of buyers or profits.
• A token can go to zero. That is normal risk in this space.
• Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
• Do your own research. Don’t rely only on this interface.

3. Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 18 (or the legal adult age where you live).
• You must be allowed by the laws of your country to use crypto services.
• You must not be on sanctions lists or otherwise barred from crypto activity.
• If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

4. Your wallet and your keys

You use third-party wallets (like Phantom or Solflare). We never hold your seed phrase or private keys. You control your wallet. You choose what to approve. Once a transaction is confirmed on Solana, it generally cannot be reversed by us.

• Always double-check the address and amount in your wallet before you approve.
• If you sign a bad or fake transaction, that loss is yours — we can’t undo the chain.
• Keep your seed phrase offline and never send it to anyone (including us).
• Network fees, failed sends, and wallet bugs are outside our control.

5. Fees, deposits, and payments

We show fees in USD and convert them to SOL using a live or displayed rate. As of now, the create fee is about $2.75, an optional 1-hour boost is about $10, and seed liquidity has a floor of about $0.01 (amounts can change).

When you pay, SOL may go to a deposit address linked to your wallet and may later be moved to our operations wallet so we can run the Service (fees, ops, and related work). On-chain payments are generally non-refundable once confirmed.

• Paying a fee does not guarantee a successful launch, listing, buyers, volume, or price.
• If the website glitches after you already paid on-chain, contact support with your transaction ID — don’t send a second payment unless we ask.
• Some UI labels or portfolio views may be illustrative and may not match a finished on-chain token until ops complete.

6. Content you upload

Names, images, descriptions, and links you submit are your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to use them and that they aren’t illegal, stolen, or meant to scam people. We may remove or hide content, or limit access, if we believe there’s abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

7. Things you may not do

• Hack, overload, or break the site or APIs.
• Skip or cheat payments or security checks.
• Phish, impersonate, or scam other users.
• Upload malware or illegal material.
• Use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
• Market something as a registered investment if you aren’t allowed to.

8. Our brand and software

COINTRENCH.FUN, the design, and our code (except your content) belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited right to use the interface as intended. Don’t copy, rebrand, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law says you may.

9. Other apps and networks

We rely on wallets, Solana, RPC providers, price feeds, and similar tools we don’t control. If they fail, lag, or get attacked, that can affect you. Their terms apply to those products.

10. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We don’t promise it will always work, be error-free, or fit your goals. We don’t promise any token will have value or that any transaction will succeed.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our team are not liable for lost coins, failed launches, hacks of your wallet, bad trades, price crashes, downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims about the Service is capped at the greater of (a) platform fees you paid us through the Service in the prior three months, or (b) US $100. Some places don’t allow all limits; there we limit liability as much as the law allows.

12. You cover us if you cause trouble

You agree to defend and hold Coin Trench and our team harmless from claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your use of the Service, your tokens or marketing, your breaking these Terms or the law, or fights with other users.

13. Taxes

You’re responsible for any taxes on your activity. We don’t give tax advice.

14. Suspension

We may pause or stop access for anyone at any time if we need to for abuse, legal risk, or operations. Sections that should survive (like disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) stay in force.

15. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date when we do. Keep using the site after that means you accept the new Terms. If you don’t, stop using the Service.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local consumer law must apply. Where allowed, disputes go to courts in Delaware, and you agree to that venue. You waive class actions to the extent the law allows.

Bottom line: crypto and meme coins are high risk. You can lose all funds. By using COINTRENCH.FUN, you accept that risk and these Terms.
